Real Techniques Stippling and Powder Brush
Ever since I saw Jigs Mayuga video using a stippling brush to apply liquid foundation, I've become obsessed in hunting an affordable yet effective brush. And then Real Techniques brush comes into the picture and I know I have to have them.
Pros of Real Techniques Stippling Brush:
- Very light weight
- Just the right size to cover your face with any liquid foundation
- I love the light pink color
- The bristles are soft and easy to clean
- Reasonable price for 603 pesos
Cons of Real Techniques Stippling Brush:
- There are a lot of fake brushes out there
- The rubber handle at the end can get dirty very fast
- The body of the brush gets scratched easily
Of course I have to buy the powder brush, for the sole purpose of using it on powder products. It costs 771 pesos in Sephora. When it arrived I didn't expect it to be a ginormous face brush!
Pros of Real Techniques Powder Brush:
- I love the coverage of the brush, makes it quicker to cover my face with powder
- The bristles are soft and easy to clean
- Reasonable price for 771 pesos
- Its lightweight despite of the bulkiness
- Love the orange color
Cons of Real Techniques Powder Brush:
- There are a lot of fake brushes out there
- The rubber handle at the end can get dirty very fast
- The body of the brush gets scratched easily
- It consumes a lot of space and it's bulky
Also my complaint about these brushes is that they don't come with protective case or plastic for the bristles, it only comes with those plastic box type of packaging. But overall I love these brushes and I've been using them everyday.
Real Techniques brushes are available at Sephora and free shipping on orders above 1,300 pesos.
